End-of-Shift Report
All personnel complete a standardised report after each shift, covering key observations, crowd behaviour, access control, WHS matters, and incidents. Reports are submitted digitally for review by Holt management and venue supervisors, supporting issue tracking and a clear operational record.

Incident Reporting
Guards are trained to report security-related events promptly, including unauthorised access, altercations, medical issues, alarms, or damage. Reports include time, location, involved parties, actions taken, and evidence such as images or CCTV. Major incidents are escalated in real time via phone or SMS.
